Most in-stock items ship from our little shop 7 to 9 business days after your order is placed. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 5 - 7 business days after departing our shop.

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Some orders are subject to verification and payment approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders are shipped from our shop located in Arkansas.

After your order is placed, it will be fulfilled within 7-9 business days (up to 14 business days during preorders and sales). You will receive an email when it ships with your tracking information. While we will do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, poppymoutainco.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, postal delays, etc.  Your service option and location will then determine the number of shipping days. We can’t make guarantees regarding delivery dates, but we try to give accurate estimates when you order, although some orders may take longer. We will not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by couriers. Please ensure you have a safe, secure space for your deliveries to be dropped off. Keep in mind of holidays and busy periods when ordering, making sure to give yourself plenty of time to receive your order.
